19th September 2019, Kuala Lumpur – Louis Vuitton is pleased to announce the re-opening of its store in The Gardens Mall, Kuala Lumpur. Since its opening in 2010, the newly renovated store offers a refreshed and rejuvenated feel to the prominent location in Malaysia.
Celebrating Louis Vuitton’s savoir-faire and its continuing Spirit of Travel and innovation, the store reflects a modern, inviting ambiance touched with authentic local elements.
Visitors are first welcomed with an animation of light and shade in the sunlight, with a perforated screen as the store’s exterior facade, as if subtly inviting them to explore more inside. The store’s interior expresses the House’s codes with metal latticework reminiscent of petals of the iconic Monogram flowers, light-coloured stone and wall flooring.
The Men’s and Women’s universes are presented in a beautifully airy space for visitors to cruise and discover the collections through successive rooms for an entirely private shopping experience surrounded by works of art and an unparallel artisanal craftmanship. The store is further embellished with art objects referencing Malaysian craft and a handpicked selection of designer furniture from the Objets Nomades collection.
Since 1854, Louis Vuitton has been synonymous with the Art of Travel and this remains the foundation of the Louis Vuitton Garden’s store offer. These products show Louis Vuitton’s commitment to the finest craftmanship and materials, technical and stylistic inventiveness, and an absolute attention to finishing touches.
In addition to the introduction of Men’s and Women’s ready-to-wear collections, visitors will discover a selection of leather goods, watch and jewellery, shoes, fragrance, gifting, accessories and Objets Nomades collection in-store.
